Age: 16
Birthday: Febuary 18th
Wand: Maple, Unicorn hair core, 7 inches
Pet:Gray owl named Senbei
Physical description:
Kikyou is of Japanese orgin, posessing many traits of the oftentimes delicate
race. Despite her heritage, her skin is almost milk white, for her father is
European. Her face is delicately shaped, not quite heart-shaped, not quite oval.
Thick, inky tresses hang to her shoulders in a blunt sheet, and delicately cut
bangs dust over her regal eyebrows. One of her most promient features are her
eyes, brown as Oak leaves, followed by a pert nose and bow-shaped lips. Her
figure is slim, a demure bust tapering into a shallow waist which barely flares
into gentle hips. Long arms connect thin wrists, narrow palms sliding into
delicate, artist worthy fingers. Her height stands at average, not towering, but
not feeble.
Personality:
Somber. That is how Kikyou usually is, rarely does a heartfelt grin decorate her
lips or a sparkle of joy glitter in her eyes. She was never a social butterfly,
perfectly content with watching than interacting. However, bring her into a
certain group of people and she will open up only just. If she does find an
interest in someone, the person is guaranteed to have an understanding freind
who will remain loyal through the years. She otherwise keeps to herself, most
often caught up in reveries and musings, which almost placed her in Ravenclaw.
But she was put in Gryffindor, for her unsusual bravery and nobility, common in
her family. This trait is not expressed often, but it is obvious for those who
care to look.
History:
Kikyou and her father were born in England, living normal-enough lives in the city of London. Her Muggle father, Jacob, is rather neglectant, always shut up in his office working in the late hours. She avoids her mother, Yukiko, for she is oftentimes harsh and brutal, nitpicking every small thing the girl does. She has no siblings, for her mother posesses not a maternal fiber in her being. Yet Kikyou has a close cousin, Soujiro Seta, whom she often visits. She had always held an interest in magic since childhood, and that interest sparked anew when that white letter arrived to take her to Hogwarts. From then on, little has changed in her life, which is both a blessing and a cruel part of living. After Voldemort was defeated, Yukiko disowned her daughter and forced her out of Hogwarts for good. Now Kikyou lives happily in Hogsmeade, finding business by selling various shawls and other tidbits to those who are interested.
